FYI if your employer does this, if they have done it for a long time especially, you and your coworkers could be owed huge amounts of unpaid wages and it would be an easy suit if there is a paper trail like this and your employer is placing strict requirements on your behavior while not at work. Employment lawyers generally work on contingency. Just food for thought.
Make sure that the paper trail holds up in court; it’s not going to be legally admissible if they say “You can’t prove we printed that out and posted it, one of the employees must have done it as a joke”. In a case like this it’d be prudent to take a picture of the notice and discuss it with a supervisor over email. Usually they’ll convey policies like this orally so there’s no trail, so it’s up to you to make sure they leave one.

i’m aware that the sheer amount of climate anxiety that i have is not productive but it’s also being shoved in my face every 0.5 seconds due to the fact that i study climate science. imagine if you were going to be a civil engineer and engineers discovered that all the concrete in the world was going to disintegrate in five years at the stroke of midnight like a concrete y2k and your teachers kept emphasising the long term risks of concrete and why we need to stop building with concrete and manufacturing concrete and the government inducts new Concrete Transition ministers but meanwhile every new building is still being made with fucking concrete because everyone is adamant that the engineers will find a solution to the Concrete Crisis, even though the solution is to just stop using concrete because its going to lose all structural integrity in five years. and they tell you to keep studying concrete and work something out to make it stronger. no wonder we are insane

This has made me think of a fic I read where part of the plot was who Leon is. And the author said that he is the family’s hope.
So even after the entire apocalypse, where he kept up the fight and tried to keep everyone’s spirits up, when he and his hope are finally dying
Casey and his baby brother come in as fuel for that flickering flame of hope. They shield it, power it, fuel it.
F!Leo didn’t seem to fade until he was taken out of his brothers’ bandanas. He thought that was it, his brothers must be gone. There’s no one left to care about. And then he’s suddenly held by someone unmistakably his baby brother, and he lets himself hope just that little bit more. To not fade immediately.
Leo is the light of hope in the family. But he needs his family just as much as they need him.

What other sites fail to realize is that tumblr is prohibition era america for porn. You can’t barge into any search function and go asking for it, but if you know where to go and who to ask it’s absolutely still being provided. It’s grown over the past years so much that these days you can’t step into a taxicab without being offered porn by the driver
And just like alcohol during prohibition, it’s gotten weirder and stronger during the prohibition.
